Are empty question texts really correct?

@Oliver @klas Is it really intended to have empty elements for question text, pre question. Empty string is something diffrent than null?
Interesting side effect of stardat-ddi-entities:0.2.0-46-SNAPSHOT (right) usage instead of master (left): tags are not doubled any more
