Convert QMD Dialect Definition to GESIS-CMM: Steps necessary to remove qmd & gles flatdbs etc

These are the steps to convert all flatdbs to an adopted and new exploredata GESIS CMM, as we only want one dialect definition

• GLES P2: Save XML files into gogs for backup (git on filesystem, or getXM()
• GLES P2: Stop the server and question editor
• QMD External: Save XML files into gogs for backup (UVT/EVS & Nord Macedonien)
• svko-docker1: QEditor and FlatDB: Check if real data is there
• /labs/apps/qeditor: Check (svko-docker1?)
• Check further servers: glesP1, etc. ....
• Upgrade GESIS CMM
  • Where to store Instruments
  • Check for wrong DDI storage elements
  • Upgrade for ExploreData Workflow: Need to manage the export of DBK Editor/DSDM/CodeBookExplorer
    • If Colectica comes, we could export correctly from Colectica (REST-API)
    • If not, converter for exports to new dialect
• Implement functions within EntityCreationManager for new ExploreData GESIS CMM, e.g. createNewStudy()
