Similarity test for demo file of split-configuration 'gesisquestionnaire32' fails

• Only for VTD-XML implementation
• Reason fpr problem: Each element repeats namespace declaration and VTD-XML implemenetation does not react on that correctly.
• Why are namespace declarations repeated? -> to be improved?!
• VTD-XML implemenetation should be transparent on that!
